What emme is
emme is a self-understanding companion: you reflect, and emme builds an evolving emotional profile from what you share. It offers context about your own patterns — never judgements, labels or diagnoses.
What emme is not
- Not a medical or clinical service. emme does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care.
- Not a crisis service. emme cannot respond to emergencies.
If you are in crisis, please contact real people who can help right now: in India, iCall (+91 91529 87821) or AASRA (+91 98204 66726, 24×7); elsewhere, findahelpline.com. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use emme.
- Keep your password and recovery code safe — the recovery code is the only way back into an account without an email on file, and it is shown exactly once.
- You are responsible for what you submit; don’t submit content that is unlawful or that isn’t yours to share.
Your content
Your reflections and profile remain yours. You grant emme the limited licence needed to process them — that is, to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.
The service
Features change, and the service may be interrupted or changed. It is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (currently nothing).
